Fort Vancouver High School remodel, expansion



Project description: Modernize the existing 190,000-square-foot school and add about 30,000 square feet of new classroom space. Existing brick will be cleaned and a new metal panel fascia system installed. The addition will be clad in CMU block and clay tile veneer. A complete renovation will be performed on the existing heating and cooling systems. Also, electrical, phone, data and fire systems will be upgraded. Capacity will be increased to 1,800 students.
