Description
The project includes a complete build-out of the eighth floor in order
to expand the hospital’s cancer care facility, as well as remodeling
the existing seventh floor.
New HVAC is being provided for these areas by means of two new rooftop
mechanical penthouse units. Structural upgrades were also made to existing
columns on most of the floors in order to accommodate the load of the
penthouse units.
