The Opportunity Center for Education and Employment brings education, employment services and social services together on the North Seattle Community College campus. Integrating the center into the fabric of the campus connects its clients with the college’s educational resources.

The $24 million project is an expansion and renovation to the south end of a 1970s post-tensioned concrete building. A lightweight steel frame floats over the older, heavier concrete structures, tying the buildings together both structurally and visually.

It is LEED gold certified.
