Gaspar’s Construction

The owners of a 1911 Capitol Hill home wanted a master bath where formerly there was a closet and a hall alcove. They desired a clean, bright space that stays true to the period of the home’s character. A cool, fresh palette of silver and white create a luxurious spa experience. Over-scale white Carrara marble and hexagon floor tile evoke a classical yet updated theme. Antique pull-chain light fixtures add a touch of something old and complement the new retro-style fixtures. The final result is a spacious retreat that appears to have always been there.
