CTA Builds

The owners loved the small, manageable scale of their home, but were in desperate need of more space and better function. CTA’s addition and selective remodel subtly enlarged their space with a new entry and “drop-it-all-here” mudroom, bedroom and bathroom. All were carefully designed with function as a high priority to support the active family. High-quality design and craft has ensured that the charming cottage feel of the home has been greatly enhanced. The owners are very proud of their “not-so-big” attitude, and how they achieved such a transformation with their “not-so-big” budget.
