PCL Construction's new headquarters houses 50,050 square feet of Class A office space, located in the Eastgate area near Interstate 90. Concrete was chosen because the owner wanted a durable, low-maintenance and economical building that was also aesthetically pleasing and quick to construct.

The exterior walls are made of 32-foot-high tilt-up concrete panels and copper feature strips wrap the building.
