This project consisted of the complete renovation of the Rosen Building including renovating the interior, replacing the glazing system to meet energy codes and architectural requirements, and upgrading the structure to meet current seismic requirements.

The existing structure was 55,000 square feet, and built in 1922, with poured-in-place concrete.
