WaterLeaf

Over the past year, WaterLeaf Architecture & Interiors has maintained a staff size of 10; selectively pursuing work that provides stability while allowing the firm to explore new project types. The firm, with a name dating from 1989, provides design, planning, and interior architecture services for public and private clients.

Waterleaf has work in the Pacific Northwest and Midwest regions, and current project types include community and recreation centers, cultural and interpretive centers, transit facilities, medical and health care buildings and custom residences with a total construction value of $47 million.

"We anticipate that the community center and transit facility market sectors will continue to grow, providing a variety of project opportunities for our office to pursue," said business development director Amy Petri. As a firm, WaterLeaf is interested in sustainable design and building practices, as well as the use of environmentally friendly materials, she said.
