Belt Collins is currently involved in commercial projects, residential communities, hospitality and recreation projects throughout the Pacific Northwest, Arizona, Wyoming and Florida. The Seattle office has maintained a staff of six employees over the past year, but revenues have increased a projected 20 percent, according to Director Jerry Coburn.

Internationally, the Seattle office known as Belt Collins USA has a number of projects in China, Malaysia, Canada and Morocco.

Projects:

• Cascades Resort & Casino in Tacoma with Morris & Brown Architects makes extensive use of waterfalls and native plant materials.

• The Canyon Club in Wyoming with Snake River Ranch Development and Land Expressions includes native landscape restoration along six miles of the Snake River.

• Seville Community Development in Arizona, for Shea Homes, has a community center, tennis courts, courtyards, pools and other recreational amenities.

• Lummi Memorial Center and Heritage Park in Blaine includes a heritage center, interpretive native settlement, waterside gathering area, memorial area as well as a shoreline trail.

• Sahalee Country Club in Sammamish is expanding with a new clubhouse and renovation of maintenance facilities.
