Osborn Pacific Group

Osborn Pacific Group maintains a steady full-time staff of five. Typical projects integrate ecological restoration, habitat creation and visual mitigation for infrastructure facilities in larger transportation projects, including highways, bridges and road improvements. Recently, Osborn Pacific has seen activity on jobs that have been on hold for the past year.

Park and recreation projects are becoming more important to the firm, according to President Linda Osborn. During the past year, the park project list has included master plans, new parks and recreation areas.

Projects:

  • Sievers-Duecy Park, a master plan for a 60-acre park in the city of Everett.

  • Oakesdale Avenue Southeast mitigation sites for the city of Renton show the way to successful growth, promising to become functioning habitats in the very near future. There are several streetscapes, park-and-ride lots, pipeline corridor restoration, transfer and pump stations, visual analysis and environmental impact documentation in progress.

  • Wetland, stream and in-stream mitigation design and permitting for complex multi-jurisdictional projects for the state Department of Transportation and private clients.

  • Habitat creation at Commencement Bay and along the Hylebos Creek for the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration.

  • Wetland monitoring for the city of Renton.
