Description: Services will be on an as-needed basis to complete a variety of training and development programs. All work to be performed will be assigned by work order for specific tasks, timeframe and amount of compensation. Work performed under these contracts will be managed by the Human Resources Division Manager or the manager's designee. Training may be Agency-wide or initiated by individual departments. The intent of the roster is to make available a list of qualified, pre-screened training providers to be used for Agency-wide training as well as individual, group or organizational development; training topic needs may apply across departments and divisions; traditional as well as innovative training delivery methods are highly encouraged; intent of the roster is to be a resource for the next five years or more to Sound Transit directors, managers and employees; and the roster will remain open to other qualified training providers who are deemed appropriate to add to the list solely at the discretion of Sound Transit. Workshop/course contractors on topics such as: American with disabilities (ADA), anti-discrimination, communication skills, conflict resolution, customer service skills, dealing with difficult people, diversity, effective supervision, giving and receiving constructive criticism, leadership skills, negotiations, performance evaluation, project management, sexual harassment in the workplace, software programs such as Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Word, Access, PowerPoint, internet, stress management, team building, wellness/safety related.

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
TRAINING FACILITATORS/
CONSULTANTS ROSTER
The Human Resources Division of the Central Puget Sound Regional Transit Authority, hereinafter ``Sound Transit,'' is requesting Statements of Qualifications from firms qualified and interested in establishing a roster of firms or individuals to provide services on an as-need basis to complete a variety of training and development programs. Placement on the Training and Development Roster as a result of this solicitation does not guarantee work will be assigned. All work to be performed will be assigned by work order for specific tasks, timeframe and amount of compensation. Work performed under these contracts will be managed by the Human Resources Division Manager or the manager's designee. Training may be Agency-wide or initiated by individual departments.
The intent of the roster is to make available a list of qualified, pre-screened training providers to be used for Agency-wide training as well as individual, group or organizational development.
