Project description: Upgrade State Route 18 from two way traffic to two lanes in each direction for a two mile stretch in the vicinity of Issaquah-Hobart Road. Project includes construction of a full interchange at SR 18 and the Issaquah Hobart Road. Project will also widen Raging River Bridge to accommodate seven foot shoulders and new bridge rail.
