Project description: A new 254,000-square-foot high school for 1,500 students in grades 9-12. It is organized around academy themes to improve academic achievement and encourage community involvement. To facilitate interdisciplinary curriculum, the project includes three houses for 500 students, each in close proximity to learning labs, and decentralized learning resource centers. Learning labs are modular, with core utilities provided in each, to ensure adaptability for future changes. The 50-acre site will be developed to accommodate a 400-meter running track, football field, and practice and varsity fields for baseball, soccer and softball.
