SEATTLE — “John Baxter is a Switch Hitter,” a comedy inspired by a true story set in Seattle, is playing at the Cornish Playhouse at Seattle Center as part of the Intiman Theatre Festival.
The story is about a gay softball team called the Seattle Fireflies and centers around an incident when a game was halted following accusations that the team had too many “straight ringers.”
