Truly the heart of the matter is what matters most here, as researchers at the University of East Anglia found that getting married reduces the likelihood of having a fatal heart attack by up to 14 percent, reports Discover magazine. Also, marrieds seem to enjoy better overall general health going by a reduced number of hospital stays.
