He has 29 years of experience in marine engineering and project management, and a background in naval architecture and coastal zone management. He helped lead the WSDOT SR-520 Casting Basin project. Febus has 18 years of civil engineering experience, working with public agencies and developers on Puget Sound projects, including Nexus Tower. KPFF is a civil and structural engineering firm.

She will assist with permitting, dispersion modeling and compliance. Crandall has a background in copy editing and operational processes. She is responsible for administrative functions, editing and quality control on projects. Warnell holds a bachelor's in civil engineering from Saint Martin's University. She does geotechnical explorations and laboratory analysis, and provides technical support for geotechnical reports. Mowrey is a U.S. Army veteran and holds a bachelor's in civil engineering from Saint Martin's University. He does geotechnical explorations and laboratory analysis, and provides CAD and technical support for geotechnical reports.
