Rush launches development arm
The Rush Companies of Gig Harbor ordinarily build and develop for themselves or their partnerships. Now the organization has announced that Rush Properties, led by Ben Tweet, will add advisory services for outside clients to its business model. One of six related businesss in the Rush Companies family, Rush Properties has a 30-building portfolio in several asset classes, reaching from Port Orchard to Puyallup, and from Olympia to Kent. A recent addition to that portfolio is Proctor Station, in Tacoma. Rush Properties is owned by founder Gordon Rush, Matt Smith and Larry Melsness.
