When you walk out onto the street in front of the new Interurban Exchange on Terry Avenue North, you get a clear shot of Lake Union, blue on a clear day.
Within the next decade, the view will get much greener for workers at Rosetta Inpharmatics, a division of pharmaceutical giant Merck & Co., as hundreds of workers move into the office complex. South Lake Union Park is already beginning to take shape on the shore, two blocks away.
