Architect tests universal design ideas in remodeling her house

Karen Braitmayer worked with Carol Sundstrom to design a house that could accommodate people in wheelchairs as well as those who are able bodied.

When architect Karen Braitmayer decided to remodel her home in Seattle's Magnolia neighborhood she turned to Carol Sundstrom for a design that could accommodate two people in wheelchairs and one able-bodied resident.
