Management by Design: Good coaching helps reduce human errors

Many chronic problems in business are rooted in structural and procedural issues. The good news is that these problems can be eliminated by improving the process. People problems are harder to fix because they stem from cultural blind spots, irrational attachment to old ideas or outdated methods, or simply human error. The first step in resolving these problems is to identify them and examine where they come from.
