The Miller Hull Partnership is designing a project, shown here, that will help connect Pike Place Market to the waterfront.
It is located on the last undeveloped site in the historic district, and will have 36 low-income apartments, 20,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, 300 parking stalls and 37,000 square feet of open space.
The design will be complete next year.
There is more information about the project and its connection to the Overlook Walk in today's Design Perspectives column by Clair Enlow.
Overlook Walk is being designed by James Corner Field Operations as part of the waterfront redevelopment.
