SEATTLE — Washington State Convention Center wants to hire a firm to provide support services for the $1.4 billion expansion.
Qualifications are due by Monday, according to a notice in the Aug. 24 DJC.
The firm would provide public art consulting, co-development services and support for the project labor agreement.
Construction is expected to start in 2017 and be done in 2020.
LMN Architects is the architect, a joint-venture of Skanska and Hunt Construction Group is the GC/CM. Pine Street Group is the development manager.
The team also includes Magnusson Klemencic Associates, Arup, Gustafson Guthrie Nichol, Transpo Group, Bush, Roed & Hitchings, and GeoEngineers.
