PCS Structural Solutions moved its Seattle office to 1011 Western Ave., Suite 810, in Waterfront Place.

The Miller Hull Partnership designed its 9,581-square-foot office for 40 people, but it can accommodate 50.

Venture General Contracting built it. The team also included objekts, systems furniture; Haworth, seating; and 12th Avenue Iron and Creoworks, custom fabrications.

Adam Chapman and Darrick Thompson represented PCS in the lease, and Cleita Harvey and Jim Allison represented the landlord. All are with JLL.

PCS has a staff of 80, and additional offices in Tacoma and Portland. PCS designs education, health care, commercial, civic and residential projects.
