Spring District retail/bike pavilion planned for light rail commuters

Assuming construction starts this year, the pavilion will be done well before light rail service begins.

The Spring District isn't only about light rail, office space and apartments. Among the smaller components to Wright Runstad's $2.3 billion redevelopment of the 36-acre former Safeway distribution center is a brew pub designed by GGLO, which should begin construction soon with general contractor Foushee.
