City Council could vote this summer on allowing more ADUs

Could in-law units and backyard cottages soon start sprouting up in Seattle's single-family neighborhoods?

On Monday, Seattle Deputy Hearing Examiner Barbara Dykes Ehrlichman ruled in favor of the city on an appeal of the adequacy of the final environmental impact statement for City Councilmember Mike O'Brien's proposal to increase the number of accessory dwelling units in the city.
