WSU fraternity overcomes financing obstacles to build Pullman's first new chapter house since 1996

Donors kicked in nearly $1.9 million to help the project qualify for a $3 million construction loan.

Construction started last month on the first new fraternity house to be built at Washington State University since 1996, said Jeff Burnside, the project director.
