The Six, a 52-unit affordable apartment building in Los Angeles, has a recreation and laundry room, offices, support services, computer lab and parking for previously homeless and disabled veterans. Skid Row Housing Trust owns it.

The John W. Olver Design Building at the University of Massachusetts Amherst is the largest cross-laminated timber academic building in the U. S. The project brings together the departments of architecture, building construction technology, and landscape architecture and regional planning.
