Questionnaire out on proposed trail

Map provided by National Parks Service [enlarge]
This is a conceptual map of a Washington Cross-State Trail showing how the Yelm Prairie Line Trail would help close the gap between two long-distance trails already in State Parks ownership. The Yelm Prairie Line Trail will cross the Nisqually River and create a new non-motorized connection between Thurston and Pierce counties.

Tacoma nonprofit ForeverGreen Trails is seeking public input on the Yelm Prairie Line Trail, a non-motorized pathway that will connect the cities of Yelm and Roy.
