XS House boosts street life and supports walkable lifestyles in a neighborhood bereft of them.

XS House, an apartment project in Philadelphia built on a site measuring just 11 feet by 93 feet, is among seven exceptional designs the American Institute of Architects recognized with its 2020 Small Project Awards.
