Construction company owners start nonprofit to help the formerly incarcerated

The new resource center will provide housing, employment, mental health and recovery resources for people who have been incarcerated in the state.

The nonprofit Weld Seattle this winter will begin renovating a building at 1426 S Jackson St. in Seattle's International District for 1426, a new resource center that will provide connection to housing, employment, mental health and recovery resources for people who have been incarcerated in jails and prisons in the state.
