SEATTLE — A new Black Lives Matter mural has been painted on the sidewalk outside of City Hall on Fourth Avenue and Cherry Street.
The block-long installation reads: “Black Lives Matter, enough is enough.” The project cost $60,000 and was funded by the city's recovery fund.
