More ‘missing middle' housing planned, this time for Green Lake

The apartments have a distinctive green facade and ornamental stair volume.

A Kirkland-based developer is in the process of bringing 18 units of what is commonly known as ‘missing-middle' housing to the Green Lake neighborhood. The project, called The Aerie, is a brand new approximately 11,200-square-foot building, set to rise at 200 N.E. 65th Street.
