Community-centered project wraps up in Rainier Valley

Ethiopian Village has 90 affordable units, all for seniors, and multiple community spaces that include a cafe.

Construction is done at Ethiopian Village, a new 90-unit affordable housing building and community center at 8323 Rainier Ave. S. The project was developed by the Ethiopian Community of Seattle (ECS) and senior housing non-profit HumanGood, in partnership with Beacon Development Group.
