160 affordable units top out on Pacific Tower campus

The development’s west building, highlighted, has 160 units, all affordable.

The Seattle Chinatown International District Preservation and Development Authority (SCIDpda) is celebrating the recent topping out of a seven-story 160-unit affordable housing building on the Pacific Tower campus on Beacon Hill. The building (known as the west building) is phase one of a two-phase, two-building affordable housing project that the authority is developing on the historic Pacific Hospital campus, on a 3-acre parcel formerly used for parking.
