Newly opened affordable housing building brings 119 units to Rainier Beach

Amenities include a courtyard with a ‘tot lot’ play area and a rooftop deck with ample seating and abundant planters.

Elizabeth Thomas Homes, a new community-oriented affordable housing development, is now open at 4524 S. Henderson St. The new approximately 150,000-square-foot building is located one block from Rainier Beach station and is within easy walking distance to neighborhood schools, grocery stores and community centers.
