Indoor baseball center for Seattle U

SEATTLE — Seattle University has filed a building and land use pre-application for development of a new multi-sport indoor training facility on its Seattle campus at 550 14th Ave.

According to city records, the facility would serve baseball, softball and golf programs, while enhancing the overall campus and surrounding neighborhood. It would include year-round batting cages, indoor defensive training space, gold simulator bays, a putting and short-game training area, and flexible athlete development space.
