Younger and older workers aren't just separated by age, they're separated by culture and the way they use technology.
Baby boomers came of age long before smartphones, the Internet and social media transformed the way we learn and communicate. For millennials — people born between 1980 and 1995 — that difference can lead to misunderstandings with older managers and colleagues once they enter the workforce.
