No jail time likely for Hanford fraud

RICHLAND (AP) — Most of the remaining defendants in a federal fraud case involving the Hanford Nuclear Reservation will likely receive little to no jail time due to their cooperation with the prosecution.

The Tri-City Herald reports (http://bit.ly/1Poyd53 ) that all 10 of the former CH2M Hill Hanford Group workers waiting to be sentenced provided substantial assistance in the investigation of timecard fraud.
