SEATTLE — Stoel Rives said it launched a paid leave program for all staff members in its 10 offices in seven states and Washington, D.C.
The program took effect April 1, the corporate and litigation law firm said in a press release. It generally provides up to 18 weeks of paid time off for parental leave, or in the case of a serious health condition affecting an employee or an employee's family member.
