$4M jury award in duck boat crash

SEATTLE (AP) — A jury in Seattle has awarded $4 million in damages to a Montana woman for injuries she suffered after being ejected from a duck boat tour vehicle in a crash that killed five college students and injured dozens.

The Seattle Times reports the jury awarded the money Monday to Rebecca Rhodes West of Billings, Montana.
