The mural’s designs are Tlingit.

Lake City has a new street mural. The mural, at the intersection of 32nd Avenue Northeast and Northeast 140th Street, is by Seattle based artist Romel Da Vinci Belleza (Ilocano, Tlingit & Dishchii Bikoh N'Dee). It features a large Tlingit ocean monster and smaller designs from Chilkat blanket sections.
