SEATTLE — Lane Scelzi, owner of Washington Restaurant Group, is opening a new restaurant in Seattle's 5th and Madison Building. Here is the name: Sip. at the wine bar & restaurant.

Sip will be in a 6,500-square-foot, $1.8 million space designed by Keith Smith of Smith and Co. It will open in early October.
