The Carter on The Park is a new 180-unit apartment building at 7508 159th Place N.E. in Redmond.
The seven-story, LEED gold building was named for the late local artist Dudley Carter, whose work is featured in the building. It is near downtown, Sammamish River Trail and Dudley Carter Park.
There are two-bedroom, one-bedroom, live/work units, lofts and studios, with at least one parking stall for every unit. Amenities include a residential lobby, community room and a two-story courtyard with community spaces. There is also a demonstration kitchen with a large dining room.
