Voda is a five-story, mixed-use building at 207 Park Lane in downtown Kirkland.
It has 128 apartment units, parking for 220 vehicles, and about 13,400 square feet of retail and commercial space.
Units have air conditioning, modern finishes, quartz counters and view decks.
Amenities include a fitness center and community terraces with barbecues.
Rents range from about $1,995 for a studio to $4,225 for a two-bedroom.
