Mortenson takes over as arena GC and Skanska-Hunt will ‘step away’

By JOURNAL STAFF

Oak View Group announced today that Mortenson would take over as the general contractor for Seattle’s KeyArena renovation.

Current general contractor Skanska-Hunt, a joint venture of Skanska and Aecom Hunt, will “step away,” according to the announcement.
