Safest spot in Seattle during a big quake? New SR 99 tunnel

The 1,400 concrete rings are bolted together. They can move during a quake but return to their original shape. Also tunnels move with the ground during a quake.

When the “big one” hits, where is the safest place to be in Seattle?
