GC/CM needed for major Sea-Tac electrical work; costs soar to $100.3M

Port of Seattle commissioners were told last year that the cost to replace low-voltage electrical systems in the Main Terminal at Sea-Tac Airport will be $100.3 million — a big jump from $20.7 million estimate they got in 2014.
