Idaho wastewater plant turns out some of the nation's best compost

    COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho — Mike Anderson ate stir-fried squash last summer that excited his palate.

    His mother-in-law used the squash grown in local compost to prepare a dish that was marvelous, despite Anderson's initial coolness.
