Kiewit in catbird seat for $3.2B Federal Way Link

The 7.8-mile route from Angle Lake in SeaTac to Federal Way is expected to open in 2024.

Sound Transit's System Expansion Committee last week recommended that the agency's board approve a $1.41 billion design-build contract with Kiewit Infrastructure West Co. for the 7.8-mile Federal Way Link Extension.
