RFP issued for T-46 cruise facility; port pushes opening date by a year

Terminal 46 was vacated earlier this year. It will handle cruise ships and cargo vessels in the future.

The Port of Seattle last week released its request for proposals for the development of a $200 million cruise ship facility at Terminal 46, which temporarily closed its cargo operations earlier this year.
